SHIPPING, POSTAGE & PACKAGING:
Postage/shipping is from £1.95 for UK and is based on weight.

Just add items to your cart and then from the ‘Shopping Cart’ page select your country (default is United Kingdom) and click on the ‘Estimate Shipping’ button to show the shipping charges.

Overseas shipping is based on destination and weight with prices from £3.50.

DELIVERY:
Despatch is aimed to be within 7 working days of the receipt of payment, but this may be longer at busier times of the trading year. We usually manage much better than that - average turnaround is 24-48 hours. If an order is urgent, please inform us and we will try to hurry your order out to you.

Most UK orders arrive within 2-5 days from despatch or 5-14 days for overseas orders. For larger packages like boxes or thimble domes we try and keep the postage rate down by using whichever Royal Mail delivery option is cheapest. Such parcels may take slightly longer (3-10 days from despatch). If you require a large package to be shipped with the quickest way possible, please contact us and we will advise with the revised postage.

 However we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please allow 15 working days for UK packages and up to 25 working days for overseas orders. No replacements or refunds can be issued until after this time.

 For higher valued items a signature may be required on delivery and someone will need to be in to accept the package. Additional postage may be charged for redelivery on unsigned for or undeliverable orders.

For urgent orders, please email for details of options for Next Day delivery service.

We will not be responsible for lost or stolen orders if you request a package to be left on a doorstep, in a shed, or at a neighbour. We will put your request on your package, but such delivery requests will be at your own risk.

MINIMUM ORDER:
We have a minimum order of £5.00 excluding postage and packaging charges.

PAYMENT:
New on-line customers must first create an account which will store your delivery details for future visits.

Payment can be made through Paypal using their secure server. You do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card through Paypal. Just select Paypal as your payment method and follow the link for non-account holders.

UK customers may also pay by cheque. If no payment is received after 5 days, orders will be cancelled and items returned to stock. Details of where to send your payment will be given after completing Checkout.

UK based customers can also place an order with a credit / debit card over the telephone. To place an order by telephone, call us with your order and card details. Please call Monday-Friday 9am-5pm GMT on 01935 851100. Do not leave card details on the answer machine. Either call back later, or leave your telephone number and your call will be returned.

Please note we do not have a physical shop to accept visitors. We operate by internet, telephone or from craft and gift shows.

We do not add VAT (Value Added Tax) to orders or any other sales tax.

Overseas (non UK) customers: We can only accept payment for overseas orders through Paypal. All prices shown are in GBP (Great British Pounds) Paypal will automatically convert from your home currency. Please check Paypal’s website for their current exchange rates. Please note that all shipping, import duties and taxes where applicable are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All Paypal users please note: Delivery address must match the Paypal address. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to unconfirmed or unverified addresses.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
In the event that an ordered item is unavailable or out of stock, you will be emailed and offered a refund or replacement. After 48 hours, if no reply is received a refund will be issued to avoid further delays of your order. Out of stock items cannot be backordered, please reorder at a later date.

RETURNS:
Occasionally mistakes happen, if you have any queries or problems, please do let us know and we will try to help. In the unlikely event that goods are faulty, you must notify us by letter or email within seven days of delivery before returning the goods. These goods will be replaced free-of-charge, or a full refund issued. The goods must be returned to us. Please obtain a certificate of posting.

CANCELLATION:
You have the right to cancel the order at any time up to the end of 14 days after you receive the goods. If you wish to cancel the order, you must give notice by letter or email. You must return the goods to us in new and unused condition at your own expense within 14 days of notification to us. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. Please obtain a certificate of posting for return of the goods. It is also advisable to obtain adequate insurance to cover the value of the items being returned.

Unless incorrect or faulty items were sent, the cost of returning goods for refund, are your responsibility.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned items using the same payment method used when originally ordering. You will be reimbursed for the cost of the items returned, including their original outbound shipping charges, excluding any additional shipping upgrades you may have chosen at the time of ordering.

We reserve the right to make appropriate charges if goods returned have been damaged and are not fit for re-sale. (This excludes reasonable handling associated with inspection of the items purchased.)

EAR FITTINGS:
We also have available different ear fittings to those shown with the items on the website (ear clips or screws, titanium ear wires, lever back ear wires etc), if you wish for a different ear fitting to the one described on the website please ask. If there is any adjustment in final price to your order you will be contacted before the order is processed.

NEWSLETTER / DIARY DATES:
When you create an account, you can sign up for the newsletter, or you can go here to sign up for the Newsletter, or just email subscribe@shelleym.co.uk 

The newsletter contains information of what is happening with ShelleyM, what is new on the website, and most importantly where and when our next fair will be. We often have free entry tickets to some craft shows and email subscribers to the Newsletter when tickets become available. So to see the goodies up close and get in free to events it is well worth subscribing to the Newsletter.

Note: Some email providers accidently send emails into your spam folder or junk. If you don’t think the messages are getting to you, check your spam folder and mark our messages as ‘safe’.
